De re metallica[recensere]

Ho trovato [1] un .pdf abbastanza chiaro. Mancano alcuni pezzi (dal libro II al libro IV) Vedo ora che c'è anche la prefazione. Se vuoi vado avanti io, poi puoi correggere gli errori residui e vedi come sistemare le immagini.Mizardellorsa (disputatio) 21:05, 10 Iulii 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I successfully installed your editing tools on Vicifons (la), but could not do it on fr… I'm specially interested in the "toggle annotations" tool, since we have gadgets for most other functions on fr.

Consider that it is one of many tools of the same class, built to help proofreading.... from the "proofreader point of view" (I build only the tools that help really my proofreading work, then I share them). Testo in latino e in francese[recensere]

@Mizardellorsa: Per prima cosa occorre creare qui Liber:Recueil des allocutions consistoriales, encycliques et autres lettres apostoliques des souverains pontifes Clément XII, Benoit XIV, Pie VI, Pie VII, Léon XII, Grégoire XVI et Pie IX .djvu. Occhio che il form per le pagine Indice è un pochino diverso. Poi si possono rimpinzare le pagine in francese con il tl {{Iwpage|fr}}; il che può essere fatto via bot. Resteranno rosse tutte le pagine in latino; e a quel punto ci vuole olio di gomito.... avvisami quando l'indice è pronto (e se hai difficoltà con qualche campo).

PS: non toccherei nulla delle pagine di fr.wikisource nemmeno a lavoro finito, senza averne discusso di là; non conosco la loro politica riguardo Iwpage!) --Alex brollo (disputatio) 07:02, 27 Iulii 2021 (UTC)[reply]

How we will see unregistered users[recensere]

You get this message because you are an admin on a Wikimedia wiki.

When someone edits a Wikimedia wiki without being logged in today, we show their IP address. As you may already know, we will not be able to do this in the future. This is a decision by the Wikimedia Foundation Legal department, because norms and regulations for privacy online have changed.

Instead of the IP we will show a masked identity. You as an admin will still be able to access the IP. There will also be a new user right for those who need to see the full IPs of unregistered users to fight vandalism, harassment and spam without being admins. Patrollers will also see part of the IP even without this user right. We are also working on better tools to help.

Need your input on a policy impacting gadgets and UserJS[recensere]

Dear interface administrator,

This is Samuel from the Security team and I hope my message finds you well.

There is an ongoing discussion on a proposed policy governing the use of external resources in gadgets and UserJS. The proposed Third-party resources policy aims at making the UserJS and Gadgets landscape a bit safer by encouraging best practices around external resources. After an initial non-public conversation with a small number of interface admins and staff, we've launched a much larger, public consultation to get a wider pool of feedback for improving the policy proposal. Based on the ideas received so far, the proposed policy now includes some of the risks related to user scripts and gadgets loading third-party resources, best practices for gadgets and UserJS developers, and exemptions requirements such as code transparency and inspectability.

As an interface administrator, your feedback and suggestions are warmly welcome until July 17, 2023 on the policy talk page.
