Help!

Dear Matthead,

forgive me, but I need to know what's wrong with Pagina:Hymnus in Romam.djvu/62.

That's what I understood till now:

• Pagina:Hymnus in Romam.djvu/61 is right, but it behaves like a <pages index> page: it shouldn't.
• I looked inside Formula:Iwpages and I found that four parameters are needed.
• I compared Formula:Iwpages with en:Template:Iwpage, fr:Template:Iwpage, de:Template:Iwpage: they all show the same code:

while la.source shows a different source code:

I tried to find out the css class "iwpages", but I wasn't able.
