The source had been moved from University Kiel. There is a translation in German by Martina Dibbern / Arnd Reitemeier, which I suppose copy right protected. I guess that the list starting with 2. is a convention by historians. The german source uses �, which I have made a list symbol - maybe not a good solution.
They use following source
